2. Data we process
Browsing data. As with any website, the systems that run this site record certain technical data: IP address, date and time of the request, page visited and browser type. These data are used to ensure the operation and security of the site and are not used to identify visitors.
Data you provide. When you write to us using the contact form, by email or by telephone, we process the data you give us: first name and surname, email address, telephone number (optional), the office you wish to contact and the text of your message.
Please do not enter special categories of data (for example concerning health) or data relating to criminal proceedings in the form. If such data are nevertheless provided, we will process them only to the extent strictly necessary to reply to your request.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Replying to contact requests and arranging appointments: steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Ensuring the security and proper operation of the website: legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Compliance with legal obligations: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Providing your data is optional, but we cannot reply without the data marked as mandatory in the form. We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making.
4. Recipients
The data are processed by the controller and by authorised members of the firm. 5. Retention
